1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CooplyHQ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.

2. Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your homeschool co-op
• Receive email communications from CooplyHQ regarding product updates, launch announcements, and related information
• Allow us to store and process your information as described in our Privacy Policy

3. Service Description

CooplyHQ is currently in development. The waitlist registration does not constitute a binding contract for future services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. Early Access & Pricing

Waitlist members may be offered early access to CooplyHQ and special pricing offers. These offers are subject to change and are not guaranteed. All pricing and availability information will be communicated directly to waitlist members.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CooplyHQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CooplyHQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CooplyHQ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CooplyHQ, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
